SJ Food and Farm Alliance is proud to announce that MZI Resources has supported our purchase of the Macadamia nut cracker and husking machine.

The Alliance will make this machine available to lease for local growers to help them get their produce to market.

This machine is capable of both the removal of the husks and the cracking of the shells in order to process the nuts
